Cleaning process flow:
(01) Connect the power supply and set all parameters. Manually load the workpiece into the feeding frame in advance and place the frame at the loading station. The mechanical arm grabs the feeding frame and puts it into each slot for cleaning;
(02) First, enter the spray cleaning station to spray clean the workpiece (the material frame can rotate during cleaning). After the spray cleaning is completed, the mechanical arm grabs the material frame and places it in the ultrasonic cleaning station;
(03) During ultrasonic cleaning, the material frame can rotate, and after cleaning, it enters the spray rinsing station;
(04) During spray rinsing, the material frame can rotate. After the spray cleaning is completed, the mechanical book grabs the material frame and puts it into the ultrasonic rinsing station. The material frame rotates during rinsing;
(05) After rinsing, put it into the high-pressure air cutting station and use a high-pressure resistant fan and air knife to blow away water stains on the surface of the workpiece;
(06) After blowing, put it into the hot air drying station, and the hot air is circulated by the high-temperature fan to quickly dry the workpiece;
(07) After drying, run to the unloading station and manually remove the material frame for unloading;
